The Well-Being Project was unique because the study and the subsequent development of educational materials were conducted and created by the clients themselves. The project surveyed 331 mental health clients, 53 family members and 150 mental health professionals and caregivers by mail, phone and in face-to-face interviews. The Well-Being Project has been cited nationally and internationally, including by self-help and advocacy groups as well as numerous times in the academic literature. This 356 page report is available online but requires the installation of the CopySafe PDF Reader which is only compatible with Windows. The CopySafe edition includes authorization to print up to three copies.
